By accessing and using the NEURONOVA website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. These Terms of Service govern your use of our cognitive development and creative thinking courses, workshops, and related services provided by NEURONOVA, located at 45 Unity Street, Tamale, Ghana.

If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and such modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms of Service.

2. Description of Services

NEURONOVA provides modular courses and training programs focused on cognitive development, including but not limited to memory enhancement, concentration mastery, and creative ideation techniques. Our services are designed for students, entrepreneurs, and creative professionals seeking to improve their cognitive abilities through scientifically-backed methodologies.

We offer both in-person training at our Tamale facility and online courses through our digital platform. All courses are structured as modular programs that can be customized based on individual learning needs and objectives.

3. User Responsibilities

As a user of NEURONOVA services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when registering for courses or creating an account
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms
• Respect intellectual property rights of NEURONOVA and other users
• Attend scheduled sessions punctually and participate actively in training programs
• Complete any required assessments or assignments as part of your chosen course
• Provide feedback and evaluations when requested to help improve our services

4. Payment and Refund Policy

Course fees must be paid in full before accessing training materials or attending sessions, unless otherwise specified in a payment plan agreement. We accept payments through bank transfer, mobile money, and other approved payment methods available in Ghana.

Refunds may be available under the following conditions: cancellation requests made at least 48 hours before the course start date may qualify for a full refund minus processing fees. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the start date are subject to a 50% cancellation fee. No refunds are available after the course has commenced, except in cases of documented medical emergencies.

5. Intellectual Property

All content provided through NEURONOVA services, including but not limited to course materials, methodologies, assessments, training videos, and documentation, are the intellectual property of NEURONOVA or our licensed partners. Users are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use these materials solely for personal learning purposes.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our proprietary materials without explicit written permission. Any unauthorized use of our intellectual property may result in immediate termination of services and legal action.

6. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. We collect and use personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms. By using our services, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.

We implement appropriate security measures to protect your personal information and maintain the confidentiality of your learning progress and assessment results. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

NEURONOVA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or in connection with your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific course or service in question.

While we strive to provide high-quality training and support, we make no guarantees regarding specific learning outcomes or cognitive improvements. Individual results may vary based on personal effort, commitment, and individual circumstances.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use our services will cease immediately, and you must discontinue all use of our materials and return or destroy any proprietary content in your possession.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us directly. Termination does not relieve you of any obligations to pay outstanding fees or comply with confidentiality requirements.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ghana. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ghana. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remainder shall continue to be in full force and effect.
